How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for each active user on your account. Add or remove seats anytime through your subscription settings. Your bill adjusts automatically based on your team size.
Do you charge per customer or lead?
No. All plans include unlimited customers, clients, and contacts. You only pay for the number of team members who need access to the platform.
What's included in the 14-day trial?
Full access to all features in your chosen plan. Credit card required for activation. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
What does "AI & Agentic analysis" mean?
Venvio uses task-specific AI agents to evaluate solutions and compare them to your client's real-world constraints—income, dependents, timelines, and goals—so recommendations fit the client's life plan, not just theory.
How does the DIY client portal work?
The DIY portal (Pro plan only) allows clients to access their analysis and documents directly. You can toggle DIY on or off per client, keeping staff in the loop whenever needed for oversight and support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Core to Pro anytime and access advanced features immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What Pro features are included?
